The legendary part man, part machine, all cop is back in NACON and Teyon’s RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business today, as the new standalone FPS is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and GOG. The game is also available in a physical edition for consoles, as well as Xbox Game Pass.
Taking place after the events of 2023’s Rogue City, the OmniTower, an immense residential complex designed to house the residents of Old Detroit during the construction of Delta City, has been taken over by a group of mercenaries to turn it into a fortress. With the police overwhelmed, players once again step into RoboCop’s boots to dispense justice.
Touted as being “more faithful than ever” to the films, Unfinished Business arms RoboCop with an all-new arsenal and the full force of his cybernetics in a new closed-door setting filled with flying drones, armored squads, jet-pack-equipped special forces and katana-wielding cyborgs. RoboCop’s new Cryo Cannon looks to even the odds, capable of freezing enemies in a violent icy explosion, while RoboCop’s brute strength is put to good use, crushing an opponent’s skull against concrete or the nearest vending machine.
RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business also lets players take on the role of Alex Murphy (voiced once again by Peter Weller), before he became the robotic cop we know today. They can also take control of the infamous ED-209, a heavily armed robot, and embark on a true trial by fire against hordes of human and robotic enemies.
